Job Talent Connect is searching for a Staffing Specialist for our new Springfield office.

Job Talent Connect is the areas newest leading Staffing Firm offering the most robust services to our clients and our associates. Plus, we are also one of the only agencies that provide work transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Conduct research to identify potential candidates and build a pipeline of qualified talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Communicate with candidates to provide updates on their application status and coordinate interview schedules
- Assist in the preparation of job offers, contracts, and other employment-related documents
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions

Skills:
- Strong research skills to identify potential candidates through various channels
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with team members
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
