Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a 2nd shift Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and maintenance and repair. The role requires experience in industrial maintenance and will be located in Springfield, OH.

Responsibilities

Safety and Productivity of all associates depends on a rational thinking individual who recognizes the importance of, and is well versed in properly maintained machinery.
Working knowledge and troubleshooting skills in medium voltage electrical circuitry, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics and the discipline of lock-out/tag-out.
Strong knowledge of Robotic Weld Skills.
All duties assigned to be completed with attention to safety and quality.
Capable of working in confined spaces.
Capable of working at heights up to 40 feet.
Ownership of basic tools to perform maintenance duties as assigned.
Work overtime as needed, including weekends.
Be able to operate Manual Mills and Lathes.
General Building Maintenance.

Qualifications

Some formal post-high school training in machinery maintenance, electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.
Previous stamping press maintenance experience required.
Previous experience with Allen Bradley PLC platforms preferred.
Background in industrial maintenance
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
