Summary:

Annual Giving Manager has Managementand day to day oversight of planning, organizing, and directing The OhioMasonic Communities Foundation’s fundraising activities to achieve annualgiving goals. Serving as a liaison between the Foundation and OMC Marketingteam, the employee will coordinate resources, plan details, and segmentaudiences to promote awareness of, and inspire support for, the mission of theFoundation. Develops a portfolio of existing and potential donors and astrategy to enhance and extend relationships to generate philanthropic revenue.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree required 5 years' experience in the development/fundraising field. Proven record in successful solicitation of gifts. 

Frequent travel required. 

Management/supervisory experience required.
