We are seeking a hardworking, friendly and dependable individual to serve as the front office manager of our dental practice. This position is responsible for administering the day-to-day operations at the front desk including greeting and assisting patients the moment they enter the dental office, answering and making phone calls, making appointments for patients and maintaining their accounts, coordinating the office schedule, and billing patients and their insurance companies.
Educational Requirements
High School Diploma
Some post high school education is preferred but not required
Experience
Some experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred.
Hours
Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
