Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be English and Spanish, providing exceptional customer service to our diverse client base.

Duties:

- Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions.

Requirements:

- Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory
- Proven customer service experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact with a multilingual clientele
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism
- Proficiency in data entry and CRM software is a plus
- Sales experience for upselling opportunities
