**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Supervisor, who will report to and assist the Event Coordinator, to oversee our banquet operations at our prestigious Golf Club establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining restaurants or event venues, possess excellent team management skills, and be experienced in food service and banquet operations.

**Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of banquet events, including set-up, service, and breakdown

-Banquests service will include facilitating buffets, plated meals and other food handling situations

- Ensure high-quality food production and presentation during banquets

- Manage banquet staff, including training, scheduling, and supervision

- Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment

- Work closely with the culinary team to oversee menus and ensure timely food preparation

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all banquet areas

- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during events

- Ability to work all scheduled hours, including opening/closing shifts and weekends as needed

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in restaurant or events management, with a focus on banquets. Bachelor's degree in hospitality or similar background preferred.

- Proficiency in POS systems and other relevant software, such as Microsoft office products, printer, copier and scanners

- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and production

- Excellent supervisory and team management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

- Lifting up to 50 pounds, or assist with larger/heavier items.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
