Daily Grace Enterprises, LLC is Hiring a Sales Manager Near Spring, TX

This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position.

This is a hybrid position with the office located in Spring, Texas (Houston, TX metro area).

Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking to add a full-time Sales Manager to our team! We are looking for someone who is passionate about our company’s mission, which is to equip disciples to know and love God and His Word. You should be driven, enthusiastic, and excited about collaborating with The Daily Grace Co. team to market and sell gospel-centered resources. Your love for sales and collaboration with team members make you the ideal candidate for this position. You are detail-oriented, have superior organizational skills, and are an excellent communicator. You enjoy handling multiple tasks and helping others. You are constantly innovating and finding areas of improvement and opportunity. You have strong written and verbal communication skills. You wisely manage time. You value the diverse skills of a team to learn and grow from others.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 2 years of experience in a retail or consumer goods business in an analytical role
  • 2 years of sales experience (MLMs not included)
  • 2 years experience working as part of a fast-paced team, 
  • Ability to work independently
  • Track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills
  • Experience managing and maintaining a CRM; HubSpot experience preferred
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Thrives in a high-energy and ambitious work environment
  • Willingness to travel periodically for meetings, events, trade shows, etc. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create sales funnels for wholesalers and church accounts
  • Utilize and maintain CRM
  • Attends retail and church events to promote products and build relationships for long-term purchases
  • Analyze and evaluate sales data for future improved performance 
  • Point of contact (account manager) for large accounts for both sales and customer service
  • Foster healthy relationships with new and existing clients
  • Develop a pricing strategy for wholesale and bulk orders
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and potential areas for expansion
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and promotions
  • Other duties as assigned

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The salary for this position will be commission-based. A base salary will be provided for the first three years of employment, and there is no cap on commission
