GFI Soccer Academy is Hiring a Marketing Manager Near Spring, TX

Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy Development: Develop and execute marketing and branding strategies. Identifying the brands target market, understand the competitive landscape, setting brand standards and positioning the brand effectively in the sports industry.

- Market Research: Conducting market research to understand current trends in the sports industry, customer preferences and competitor strategies is crucial.

- Product Development and Management: Oversees the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring products align with the brands identity and values

- Marketing and Promotions: Design and implement marketing campaigns aimed at promoting the bran and its products. Selecting the appropriate channels (social media, television, print, online) advertising sponsorships, endorsements and collaborations with athletes or sports teams to enhance brand visibility and appeal.

- Sales Support and Performance Tracking: Provide support to the sales team by developing tools and materials that help in selling the product. Monitor sales performance and market trends to adjust strategies as necessary to achieve sales targets.

-Customer Engagement and Loyalty Programs: Develop initiatives to engage customers and foster loyalty.

- Digital Presence and Social Media Management: Oversee the brands online presence, including the website and social media channels. Creating content that engages the sports community, reflects the brands values and promote its products.

- Budget Management: Allocating and managing the budget for marketing, advertising and promotional activities to maximize return on investment while ensuring the activities align with the brands goals and strategies.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including product development teams, marketing departments, external partners and endorsers to ensure brand consistency and success.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in product management and developing successful marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in HTML5 and other web development tools
- Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices and tools
- Familiarity with print advertising processes and design principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
