Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide information concerning inquiries, admissions, and discharges.
Coordinate the inquiry and screening process.
Facilitates the admission process including completing required paperwork.
Notification and reporting of admission updates.
Maintains monthly records of census and other necessary reporting record.
Represents facility at community events, open houses other special and public relation events.
Works closely with rest of interdisciplinary team.
