We are looking for someone to take on maintenance work at multiple facilities. This position will require some travel, and Tender Care will provide a company vehicle for these assignments.

Tasks include, but are not limited to: landscaping, building maintenance and repair, driving, vehicle washing & detailing, general cleaning including pressure washing, and other exterior building work. Experience with small engines is a plus! This position will also be responsible for supervising 1-3 other Maintenance crew members.

We are looking for a candidate who has good time management, strong communication skills, and can take direction well with little to no supervision.

An ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

• MUST be able to pass Level 2 Background
• MUST have a Clean Driving Record (3 years)
• Commercial Driving experience preferred
• Handyman Experience preferred
• Experience with Small Engines preferred
