Wilbert Precast, Inc. is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist Near Spokane, WA
The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for all aspects of the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and maintaining accurate customer records. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external customers. This position reports to the Company Controller but will also work closely with other departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses a strong work ethic, and has a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and send Invoices.
- Contact customers for payment resolution.
- Record and reconcile payments.
- Resolve payment discrepancies.
- Manage collection efforts and associated functions.
- Handle sensitive information in a timely manner.
- Provide support for internal and external audits.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- 2-3 years experience with collection, invoicing, and/or accounts receivable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
