Job Summary:

The Loyalty Marketing Manager will be responsible for the execution and growth of the TXB Rewards Loyalty Program. Under the TXB Brand Manager, the Loyalty Marketing Manager will uphold the TXB brand standards, including voice, value proposition, and promise across digital and social media platforms as set and led by the TXB Brand Manager. This individual is responsible for driving loyalty program growth, loyalty analytics, and KPI management, loyalty promotional campaign creation and execution. The goal of the Loyalty Marketing Manager is to build and manage loyalty engagement, grow loyalty capture rates, grow loyalty sales, build customer profiles, and gain program awareness. 

This position will report to the TXB Brand Manager and is located at the TXB Home Office in Spicewood, Texas. 

Essential Functions:

  • Manage and develop TXB Rewards Program. Including:
    1. Maintenance and utilization of TXB loyalty data to create effective and successful marketing campaigns 
    2. Driving loyalty engagement, sales, conversion/capture rates, new sign-ups, analysis and insight development 
    3. Manage TXB App through Gamification Assets, Digital Coupons, and TXB Rewards by ensure content to maximize sales and engagement
  • Influence customer behavior with loyalty offers and campaigns to drive incremental sales and loyalty enrollment. This includes marketing to existing loyalty members with group and individual offers, as well as, in-the-moment offers to maximize loyalty baskets, repeat visits, and brand loyalty. 
  • Collaborate with Vice President of Marketing and the Brand Manager to strategize, build, and implement digital customer journey from strategic marketing plans across digital platforms. 
    1. Formulate and execute loyalty strategies to drive engagement and lifetime value of loyalty members
    2. Create member journeys for consistent customer experience
    3. Manage member retention campaigns 
  • Monitor KPIs on an ongoing basis to ensure program health and identify business opportunities. 
    1. Build and manage performance reports through Paytronix Loyalty Portal, Google Analytics, and internal databases
    2. Provide reporting and analysis of loyalty campaigns and segmentations. 
    3. Measure spend and ROI across campaigns to show direct success or shortcoming
    4. Build data-driven offers campaigns and messaging across multiple channels
    5. Forecast traffic data gains, financial growth, and other metrics as assigned by Brand Manager
  • Communicate loyalty strategy, program benefits, and digital analytics to cross-functional teams. 
  • Manage online and digital profiles including: TXBStores.com, TXB App, Third Party App Platforms , NACS Thriver Search Engine, and social media advertisements 
  • Assist in vendor negotiations, developing pitch decks, and placing ads
  • Manage online and in-app reviews and customer complaints 
  • Create training materials for stores on loyalty programming and initiatives
  • Maintain knowledge of competitor activity and loyalty marketing trends. 

Professional Experience, Qualifications, and Core Competencies:

  • Experience and Qualifications:
    1. BA and/or BS undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 
    2. 2 years of Loyalty Program Management or 2 years of Product Category Management
    3. Experience in multi-site retailing and foodservices
    4. 2 years of consumer-focused digital marketing preferred
    5. Experience with third-party order and delivery and app menu management preferred
  • Competencies:
    1. Ability to translate data analytics and insight into action and formulate recommendations using a broad set of inputs and an array of marketing technologies, such as Google Analytics, email automation, SMS marketing, CRM, and social media. 
    2. Demonstrate success on building or advancing a digital marketing program. 
    3. Strategically able to problem solve and achieve results through data-analysis and effective execution 
    4. Proficient with the multi-faceted aspects of digital management. Including, Microsoft Office, graphic design packages, digital photography, website managements, Adobe Creative. 
    5. Sound project management and organization skills with an attention to detail and an ability to complete projects timely and accurately. 
    6. Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
