Job Description:

We are seeking a Flooring Installer to join our team. No Experience is needed, we will train. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying epoxy coatings, and ensuring a high standard of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for epoxy coating, including cleaning, grinding, and repairing.
• Mix and apply epoxy materials according to manufacturer specifications.
• Ensure accurate and consistent application of materials.
• Follow all safety guidelines and regulations.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment used for installation.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.
• Travel to various job sites as required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Epoxy Flooring Installer or similar role.
• Knowledge of various flooring systems, including epoxy, polyurethane, and other coatings.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or training in epoxy flooring installation.
• Experience with decorative epoxy systems, such as metallic or flake flooring.
• Basic carpentry or concrete repair skills.
