Warehouse Coordinator

Responsibilities (not all-inclusive) all the duties listed below are essential job functions. All job requirements listed indicate the minimum level knowledge, skills and / or ability deemed necessary to perform the job proficiently.

Deliver a premium Customer experience to our customers by working proactively in identifying issues and mitigating them to leaders.

Ensure issues raised are resolved quickly and proactively and well communicated to our internal team leaders

Following Quality Control concept and standards, collaborate, work closely as well as provide daily support to assigned Key Accounts Program Leaders.

• Cargo receiving and shipping.
• Palletizing or building up cargo on ULDs or loading ocean freight containers properly and to industry standards.
• Observing and maintaining all safety requirements while working within the warehouse.
• Maintaining an organized floor space through cargo control and recommending improvements for controlling cargo flow in and out of the facility.
• Conducting and reporting inventory as required by team leaders, supervisors or managers.
• Ensuring warehouse security based on standards set by SENATOR-MAERSK, TSA, CBP or other regulatory bodies.
• Identify and report any irregularities within the warehouse.
• Inspect shipments for incoming and / or out going damages.
• Maintaining freight integrity.
• Maintaining equipment to ensure it is kept in good and safe working order.
• Maintaining warehouse records as required.
• Air Freight Control Tower Solution Design Handling for North American Region
• Air Freight Processes, reporting and KPI’s performance measures and monitoring.
• Control Tower partners Program Design and Project Lead, Program Team Leader; GSC Control Tower Manila Reporting Team.
• Network Partners across the Globe*
• All Operations and Product Colleagues across North American Region
• Sales / Commercial Colleagues.
• Other internal support functions.
• Customers’ origin / destination offices
• No Felonies
• Forklift experience at least 3 months

• KPI’S will include but not limited to on time service performance, on time data entry, on time cost and revenue accrual.

All at are measured at a score of 95% or better.
