Must be a highly motivated individual who will be responsible for conducting shop floor production inspections, equipment calibration inspections, documentation, product retain and file retrieval, physical product testing, some training, and quality system auditing.
Must also perform other duties as required by the VP of Quality for the efficient operation of the Quality Assurance and Control Department and the Company. Ensure product meets all work order requirements, quality, customer and internal specifications.
Perform material testing per specification, record test results and disposition material as pass/fail per results. Identify Non-Conforming Material, communicate findings, and process paperwork to accurately track, identify, and quarantine according to procedures. Maintain accurate data, record keeping and filing. Maintain lab and work stations to Housekeeping standards. Accurately perform duties according to procedure to execute Test Methods, Product Specifications, Device Reproduction Orders, Work Order Reports and other required functions. Assist Quality, Technical, and Supervisors during job history investigations and material studies. Education/Training/Experience Education: Preferred some college education Certified Quality Auditor or other similar Quality Certification(s) a plus. Experience: Minimum of two years’ experience in quality auditing and inspection activities
