Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our partner's dynamic team in Sparta, NC. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical and functional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities to improve mobility, strength, balance, and coordination.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques, injury prevention strategies, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of services.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans by regulatory standards.
- Participate in departmental meetings, case conferences, and continuing education activities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of North Carolina.
- Minimum of [2] years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting, preferably working with diverse patient populations.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
