Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify requirements, assess processes, and recommend enhancements in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Serve as a project manager for ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and integrations, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans.
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, particularly Field Service Management (FSM), to align with business needs and streamline workflows.
- Provide subject matter expertise in healthcare operations and technology, offering guidance on best practices and solutions for process optimization and efficiency.
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and escalate as necessary to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong project management skillset, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform, with specific expertise in Field Service Management (FSM) preferred.
- Solid understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) principles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of business intelligence and analytical capabilities, with a strategic mindset for problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
