Local Bug Guy is Hiring an Outside sales rep Near Spanish Fork, UT
We’re looking to add a driven outside sales rep to our company focusing on home pest control. You will become an integral part of our team.
You will help create a positive brand in the community, resolve customer questions, offer solutions to drive revenue, pad your pockets, and enjoy your work!
This position is best suited for someone with previous door-to-door experience who didn't love the high-pressure pitch and is looking to have conversations with people to help educate them on their options for pest control to guide them to the best decision for their situation.
We are not building a summer sales team, but looking for a few great people to join our team year-round and make a full-time income with year-round security and stability.
We believe that the most important part of pest control sales is putting in the work consistently and we plan to compensate for that and reward for sales.
That is why this position is not straight commission. We include a base hourly wage with commission opportunities on top of that.
