When you join our team as a Child Care Center Director you will:
- Hire, engage, and develop a team of educators to be passionate and committed professionals
- Partner with families in a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children
- Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners
- Use business, sales, and marketing savvy to foster the center's positive presence in the community - make your center the place to be
- Welcome new families and children into the center as you continually grow
Required Skills and Experience:
- Texas Director Credential (required)
- At least one year of solid leadership experience (Director experience preferred)
- Ability to lead diverse and equitable teams
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with families and team members
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Budget and financial accountability (revenue generation experience preferred)
- Knowledge of State Licensing and Accreditation (NAEYC/NAC preferred)
- Meet state director's licensing requirements (required)
