MILBERN RAY & COMPANY is Hiring a Senior Bookkeeper Near Southlake, TX
in Southlake. We handle a wide array of complex tax matters and all levels of financial reporting
needed. We are currently seeking a full time Senior Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. This role can
be grown into a higher position within the firm.
What we are looking for:
- Assisting clients with their bookkeeping (primarily QuickBooks).
- Completing quarterly payroll reports and monthly sales tax reports along with annual W2 and
- Assisting clients with various questions surrounding QuickBooks or their internal accounting.
- Bookkeeping skills to help in preparing Financial Statements for clients that require statements
- Review bank reconciliations (monthly or quarterly), review general ledger transactions, make
returns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and good communication skills
- Must be teachable with a positive attitude and be a team player.
- Proficient in Quick Books, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must have a good working understanding of general ledger and financial statements.
- Must be able to understand and prioritize workload based on when work is due and what is
- Overtime hours are required from January 15th to April 15th, with straight overtime paid for the
