What You Will Be Doing:
- Financial planning, analysis, and reporting within the organization. This role involves collaborating with various departments to gather financial information, conducting financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and providing actionable insights to senior management to support decision-making.
- Assist in the development of the annual budget and periodic forecasts in collaboration with department heads
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions
What We Need From You:
- Degree in finance or accounting
- 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- ERP experience.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
- Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
