PHILOSOPHY CARE is Hiring a NURSE EDUCATOR Near Southampton, NY

RN NURSE EDUCATOR

Located on the beautiful eastern end of Long Island, The Hamptons Center for Rehabilitation and nursing is a 280-bed rehabilitation and nursing care facility with a mission to provide quality care through diverse programs and services designed to support health and independence to individuals needing short-stay or long term inpatient care.

The nurse educator will provide onboarding education and continual inservices to the entire SNF population, as well as act as a resource to nursing staff. Seeking a person with positive interpersonal skills, and demonstrated organizational, teaching, and leadership qualities.

  • Baccalaureate degree in nursing preferred
  • Licensure and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State
  • Current CPR certification
  • Prior experience as a preceptor/mentor preferred
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
  • SigmaCare preferred
