Industronics Service Company is Hiring a Quality Manager Near South Windsor, CT

Job Overview:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Manager at Industronics Service Company located in South Windsor, CT. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality control procedures and ensuring compliance with industry standards. They will develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, conduct audits, and provide training to staff.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Oversee the implementation of QA/QC measures throughout the production process
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas of concern
- Lead investigations into product defects or non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures
- Develop and maintain documentation related to quality management systems, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Provide training to employees on quality control processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations related to quality management

Qualifications:

-Proven Experience in Quality Control preferably with pyrometry and metrology experience

-Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

-IS0 / IEC 17025 knowledge

- AMS2750 pyrometry experience

-Experience with Electrical and Temperature Calibrations

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends or areas for improvement
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
