Job Title: Quality SpecialistLocation: South San Francisco, CA Duration: 06 Months Timings: MON-FRI 4:30AM - 1PM Occasional Saturday.
- 100% Onsite role
- Conduct detailed quality audits on production and packaging processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Report deviations to QA Supervisor, address housekeeping issues, and collaborate with production teams. Utilize computer systems for data entry and tracking. Adhere to SQF, HACCP, and FQP standards. Ensure FDA, cGMP, and Dietary Supplement standards are met.
- Participate in necessary training and perform other assigned duties.
- High School Diploma required; BS in Food Science or related field preferred.
- Attention to detail, self-starter, and ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
- Analytical skills, ability to read and follow SOPs and test methods.
- Knowledge of GMP and Quality systems.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
