IT Category Job Description - Sr. Business Systems Analyst - US Access & Commercial Excellence Global biotech company is seeking multiple Business Analyst roles focusing on several parts of our large program. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and excellent data analytical skills. If you have any experience in Pharmaceutical industry (especially in the commercial space), we would see that as a huge plus: Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives
Analyze and evaluate current processes and tools, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
Develop and implement strategic initiatives
Conduct research and analysis to identify new trends and opportunities
Collaborate with the E2E teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of strategies and goals
Perform data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in Pharma
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Proven experience as a Business Analyst,
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovative solutions
Hands-on experience with UX/UI, with the ability to contribute to the design and development of optimal field and home office user experiences, and user-friendly tools/systems
Excellent data analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively Nice to Have Requirements: We recognize that you may not have all or any of these skills. But if you do have experience in any ONE of these areas please highlight this in your resume.

Skills desired:

Any experience in pharma OR
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and reimbursement models, as well as payer pull-through strategies
Experience in pharma commercial
Familiarity with the contracting and access for Pharmaceuticals companies
Any experience in working with Payers (Insurance companies) like Blue Cross Blue shield, Kaiser, will be a plus OR
Familiarity with technologies like PALANTIR
