What you’ll do as a Home Health Speech Therapist/Language Pathologies (ST):
In partnership with the Case Manager you will provide skilled services to assist patients with breathing, speaking, and swallowing functions.
You will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive and fluency disorders that affect communication.
You will serve as an educator, patient advocate and a member of the interdisciplinary care team
