Job Description
- Ensuring project success through meticulous planning, organization, and resource allocation.
- Leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery within budget and on schedule.
- Monitoring and managing project performance, including cost control, quality assurance, and adherence to safety standards.
- Communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to foster positive relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Preparing and presenting progress reports, project updates, and financial analyses to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
- Proficient in Procore, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project.
- In-depth knowledge of multifamily or mixed use construction.
- Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of effectively managing resources, budgets, and time lines.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate challenges with resilience.
- A passion for innovation, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- A strategic mindset, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering excellence in every project they undertake.
