Himmel Haus, the ultimate German Restaurant and Bierhaus located in South Lake Tahoe, is looking for Bussers and Runners to join our team!!

Being a part of the team, you will be an important part of each guest’s experience in our restaurant, and we will provide you with the training you will need to be successful. Duties:

- Assist in setting up and preparing tables for dining service
- Clear and clean tables after guests have finished their meals
- Refill water glasses and provide additional condiments as needed
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables
- Remove dirty dishes and utensils from tables promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping and mopping floors
- Assist in restocking supplies, such as napkins and utensils, as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food to tables

Experience:

- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred - not required
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of proper food handling and safety procedures is a plus
