JOB SUMMARY:
As a Regional Sales Manager at USA Industries, you will hold a pivotal role as the primary driver of sales growth and revenue generation. Your core responsibility involves leading and managing the outside sales team to effectively execute our company's sales strategies and exceed targets. In this fast-paced and competitive market environment, the Sales Manager leverages their expertise in sales practices, data analysis, market trends, and customer relationship management to consistently deliver exceptional results.
This position requires proactive engagement through motivation and coaching with the sales team, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes and maximize outcomes. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, Marketing, & Products, you will regularly update upper management on sales activities, process enhancements, industry insights, customer feedback, and sales forecasts. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving our company's sales success and maintaining our competitive edge in the market.
