Michigan Asset Group is a rapidly growing Property Management Company. We are currently seeking to hire a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined and be available for on-call purposes. Come work for our company and watch yourself grow.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Turn apartments
- Complete work orders
- Preventative maintenance
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance and all other service requests
- Plowing and grounds
Required Experience:
- Excellent customer service
- Plowing Experience Required
- Hard worker
- Accept on-call responsibilities
- Facilities maintenance experience is a plus
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Valid Driver's License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
