Placement Overview:

As an investigator, you will be responsible for placing calls and conducting phone interviews to gather critical information for our background investigations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team. You'll need to focus on your tasks while remaining aware of your co-workers' needs and assisting them when necessary, fostering a supportive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct phone interviews to gather information for background investigations.
• Accurately document and report interview findings.
• Identify and follow up on incomplete or missing information.
• Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion.
• Assist co-workers when needed, maintaining a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Perform other duties as assigned / cross-training when available.

Requirements/Skills

• Must pass a background investigation.
• High School Diploma / GED.
• Legible handwriting.
• Basic computer skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Available for mandatory overtime (evenings & weekends as required).
• Independently driven with a collaborative mindset.
• Must love cats! (not required, but we do have office cats)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour
