Our Site/Civil Department is seeking a Project Manager for immediate employment at our South Hackensack, New Jersey office. We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and professional individual with strong technical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee design including layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion, and sediment control, from commencement to completion.
  • Design stormwater management with expertise, low impact design, hydrologic/hydraulic analysis, and design, stormwater quality design and preparation, and design which includes preparing NPDES permit applications.
  • Provide expert testimony to planning and zoning boards
  • Ability to mentor staff engineers.
  • Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or Master's degree a plus.
  • Valid New Jersey Professional Engineering license is required.
  • 10 years' experience in related site/civil land development engineering.
  • Knowledge of local City, County, and State land use processes and regulations.
  • Expertise in all aspects of land development engineering including the integration of surveying and environmental engineering.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
