Position Overview : We are looking for an experienced Drywall Estimator to join our team and provide accurate estimates for drywall projects.

The ideal candidate will have metal stud framing experience, be detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of drywall construction techniques and means & methods.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed estimates for drywall projects
• Research and evaluate materials and labor costs
• Establish relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
• Track costs and monitor changes to the scope of the project
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with subcontractors and vendors
• Manage all related paperwork, including purchase orders, schedules, and invoices
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and safety standards

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a drywall estimator or similar role
• Proficiency in metal stud framing
• Experience in public or education estimating for multimillion dollar projects
