Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage HVAC and plumbing construction projects, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and quality completion. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to execute projects safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project development, define scope, and set goals in alignment with business objectives.
- Estimate resources, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of mechanical construction project management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects involving building automation systems, HVAC systems, Piping, Plumbing, and field installation.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and standards.
- OSHA 30 Hour Certification is a plus.
