A Rosie Place for Children is seeking a qualified Plant Manager focused on the effective and efficient care of our facility and grounds. The work of the Plant Manager ensures a safe and vibrant environment for our children and families. This person is reliable, high capacity, flexible, proactive and patient-oriented.

Role and Responsibilities

· Responsible for the completion of all aspects of preventative maintenance as outlined in the maintenance manuals and schedule; Ensures completion that all equipment is in good working order, regularly serviced, and maintained in accordance with 410 IAC 15

· Possesses an understanding and working knowledge of Electrical/Mechanical engineering and basic building principles in order to carry out a range of maintenance tasks that ensure safety in all areas of the facilities and grounds.

· Coordinate as necessary outside contractors in order to achieve all aspects of plant maintenance effectiveness and equipment maintenance such as electrical, mechanical, fire suppression, HVAC, etc. Meet and monitor outside contractors working on the premises of ARP
