In the role of IT Technician, you will be responsible for first and second level IT support for US, Brazil, and Mexico. What We Are Looking For

Kulzer is looking for an individual that has 3-5 years of knowledge and experience in level 1 and 2 IT, is organized, proactive, reliable, and is a team player yet can work independently.

• Responsible to participate in pilot testing of new or improved IT Services before rolling out to end users.
• Responsible to perform independent research and analyses for use in the development of business strategies and tactics. Interprets results and provides recommendations for further consideration.
• Responsible to respond to inquiries and requests for assistance with the organization's computer network, PCs, applications (i.e., Citrix, CRM etc.), software, websites/portals, tablets, phones, email groupings, document folder setup/security, password administration/resets, and other systems/devices. Identify problems, troubleshoots, and provide advice/alternatives to assist users.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with all associated Quality System, legal, technical, and other company regulations within area of responsibility (includes the Code of Conduct, email policies, EEO, personnel practices, etc.)
• Responsible for Security and ensuring our data is safe and secure. If there are findings of a risk, security breach, etc you will need to report them to your supervisor.
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT/Network related field.
