- Perform all assigned tasks in a professional manner to reflect the highest integrity of the maintenance department and company.
- Ensure clean, marketable curb appeal by painting, cleaning, removal of trash and debris on the grounds and other tasks related to the curb appeal of the property as needed and assigned.
- Grounds work as required which may include mowing, weeding, snow removal and other lawn care and landscaping duties as may be assigned.
- Clean up thoroughly after work is complete.
- Follow all company emergency policies.
- Read prints and interpret instructions.
- Work within the established work schedule and at other times as needed.
- Ability to work on his or her own with only nominal supervision.
- Knowledge and observance of safety precautions and policy/procedures.
- Participate in performance improvement and information management activities.
- Demonstrate knowledge and be able to identify needs to promote a safe environment needed to protect the property and its tenants.
- Maintain a good rapport with other staff members as well as with vendors and tenants.
- Demonstrated knowledge and broad experience in general maintenance techniques and repair work
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
