1st Shift Shipping Clerk
Top Die Casting Co. is looking for a 1st Shift Shipping Clerk to work in a fast-paced production environment. No Experience Necessary. We will train you to successfully perform your job.
1st shift openings available. Full-time with lots of overtime pay available. Health and Dental Insurance, 401K, vacation and paid time off

Founded in the 1960s, it is a family owned and operated business that produces high quality parts for industries that include automotive, agriculture, construction, mining, and many others. Top Die Casting Co. and McCurdy Tool is recognized today as one of the best aluminum die cast companies in the United States.
Essential Job Functions:
- Directly responsible for preparing customer orders on a daily basis, which includes the following duties:
- Picking orders from warehouse locations
- Packing orders per specific customer requirements
- Utilizing a shrink wrapper and custom label maker
- Using a barcode scanner to manage order picking
- Loading trucks using a forklift or hand jack
- Re-stocking and organizing inventory to ensure cleanliness and order
- Successful applicant will work in a friendly, clean, and organized atmosphere
- Perform other job duties and related functions as needed
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Strong verbal, organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
- Previous forklift operating experience a plus. Upon hire, we will also train and internally certify each employee to our company standards and expectations
- Must work well with people in a multi-cultural environment and have leadership abilities
Education/Qualifications:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Preferably have 1 years related experience or combination of education and experience, but no experience is necessary.
