Mid-States Concrete Industries is looking for an Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team in Beloit, Wisconsin. The Engineering Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining world-class standards for the engineering of pre-cast building components. Through well-documented processes and procedures, they elevate the engineering department to new levels of industry excellence. They collaborate effectively with team members from diverse areas of expertise to ensure that Mid-States is able to be the safest and most innovative precast building company.
