Duties:

• Respond to online sales inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Communicate with customers via email, chat, or phone to understand their needs and recommend products or services.
• Utilize sales software to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals.
• Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to secure sales.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Experience:

• Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred.
• Proficiency in sales software for managing leads and tracking sales performance.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a must.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
• Strong negotiation skills to close deals successfully.
• Ability to work with numbers and perform basic math calculations.
