Job Description
- Responsible for managing SAP PM Preventive maintenance.
- Responsible department statistics.
- Responsible for part obsolescence and replacements.
- Responsible for Spare Parts Inventory.
- Responsible for defining Predictive Maintenance measures.
- Responsible for defining high failures and corrective actions.
- Responsible for performing root-cause analysis and problem solving.
- Responsible for developing spreadsheets in order to review key data (meantime between failures, MTBF, MTTR, Maintenance cost, utilization, PM completion, energy costs, energy savings).
- Will communicate with key shareholders such as vendors, internal departments and Maintenance management regarding strengths and weaknesses of the department based on statistical analysis.
- Tracking machine downtime.
- Bachelor’s degree Engineering.
- 2 Years experience in Purchasing or Engineering.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (excel, access, etc).
- Strong communication skills in order to work with key shareholders (vendors, other departments, etc).
- Ability to read material specifications.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
