```Duties```

```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification or license.
- Experience working with children in a classroom setting.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies.
- Familiarity with special education practices and techniques for supporting students with diverse needs.
- Ability to provide Christian counseling and integrate faith-based principles into teaching.
- First aid certification is preferred.
- Experience in sports coaching, tutoring, or childcare is a plus.
