This position is primarily responsible for identifying, recruiting and helping to land industry-leading talent for our Clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Actively developing new business by creating leads and gaining new job orders
• Manage database of clients and hiring managers
• Attend tradeshows to market to C-level, VP’s and Executives
• Build relationships with clients to obtain new business
• Take job orders from Clients for new searches
• Source qualified applicants, screen applicants, schedule and conduct interviews, check references and background, and evaluates applicant qualifications
• Assist with resume construction
• Write up candidate summaries to present to clients
• Debrief and prep candidates for interviews
• Manage resume and applicant tracking systems
• Maintain data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations
• Follow trends in the industry, keep up on industry news and recruiting information
• Maintain personal brand through social media outlets and sending mailers
