Position Overview

We are looking for a highly driven, competitive, goal-oriented self-starter with a strong work ethic who is coachable to join our agency team. The position offers a proven training program that will educate you starting from day one on how to produce new business. You will be personally trained how to sell insurance and financial services at a high level.

Responsibilities

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Qualifications

  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
  • Self-motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers

Compensation

  • Salary: Base Commission/Bonuses

Expected Compensation:

  • 1st Year - $50,000 - $75,000
  • 2nd Year - $60,000 - $90,000
  • 3rd Year - $80,000
