Patient Population36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected.

Licenses/Certifications: CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support), State License-Physical Therapy Assistant-Georgia
