Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Position overview: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide individualized therapy and support to clients, implementing behavior intervention plans designed to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors. Qualifications: Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification with training from our company. High school diploma Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education or related field preferred. Experience working with children is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
