Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our thriving Marriage and Family Therapy CenterFor a recognized clinic known for offering thorough care and unflinching support to patients on their road to recovery, we are looking for experienced mental health counselors. Our staff of qualified therapists is essential in assisting people in overcoming mental health obstacles and leading satisfying lives. Participate with us in enhancing people's well-being.
Creating a secure and therapeutic environment is a top priority for those looking for support at our marriage and family therapy centers. Your main location of employment will be in our clinic, where you'll work closely with a diverse group of experts committed to providing top-notch mental health care. Our services include marriage and family counseling, which deals with family dynamics, communication concerns, and relationship issues.
As an added incentive, we offer a sign-on bonus to licensed therapists joining our team.
Schedule:This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, ensuring effective meeting of our client's needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute thorough assessments and screenings to assess clients' mental health difficulties and determine the treatment needed.
  • Develop tailored therapy programs to address each client's specific issues and goals.
  • Assist in the facilitation of evidence-based individual and group treatment sessions.
  • Work with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to provide comprehensive care.
  • Educate and assist clients' families as they go through the healing process.
  • Keep accurate and confidential records while following regulatory and ethical requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Must hold a current and legitimate state license: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills while building a secure and trusting therapeutic connection with clients.
  • Empathy, sympathy, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and struggles are required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities are required to ensure effective workload management and administrative chores.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $80,000 - $10,000 per year
