The Staffing Specialist is responsible for identifying and placing appropriately experienced and credentialed therapists and educators who provide special education services as requested by client school districts. This Staffing Specialist will be responsible for staffing cases for Behavior Intervention Specialists, Parent Trainers, and Mental Health professionals and more!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build rapport with providers to ensure compliance and enhance company growth.
• Assign providers to cases appropriately, monitor placement related activities for assigned providers, including but not limited to availability and case compliance.
• Communicate by phone, email and text message with providers and candidates.
• Understand and follow Blue Sea standard operating procedures.
• Complete tasks and projects as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in ABA/Behavior Intervention preferred
• Associated degree or equivalent work experience required
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational, time management, problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to take initiative and maintain workflow independently
• Energetic, confident, and positive attitude
• Computer literate; Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Google Chrome. Ability to quickly learn new programs
