This Senior Manager role offers an exciting opportunity to help shape the Client Services organization in the new Fidelity Brokerage business. The primary objective of the role will be to provide strategic insights and business case economics in support of our Brokerage Acquisition and Scale & Efficiency efforts. You will also help with coaching and development of junior associates on the team. As a member of the Brokerage Finance team, you will be responsible for providing senior management with insightful financial analysis and recommendations to guide effective decision-making that impacts Fidelity’s clients and associates.

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
