Job description:

Lockheed Architectural Solutions, Inc. (Glazing Contractor in the Construction Industry), based in Pascoag, RI, is looking for Bookkeeper/ Accounting Assistant for a full-time role. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills to be involved in all aspects of our Accounting Department. This role will have an accounts receivable focus, while cross-training on various accounting functions including accounts payable and payroll.

This position reports to the Assistant Controller. Salary commensurate with experience.

Requirements:

· Bookkeeping (or similar role) experience 1 year (Required)

· Proficient in MS Excel

· Proficiency in using accounting software and tools

· Construction industry experience is a plus

*MS Word and Excel skills assessment required for this position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
